💻 B2B Contractor Details
For professional accounts, we collect business name, phone, email, website domain, specialties, license files, and billing details.
🤖 Device & Traffic Stats
Anonymous technical details like browser types, approximate geographical region, referral sources, and page interactions.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your information is never sold to third-party data brokers. We use it solely to:
- Provide the sat-mapping cost calculations and elevation chart.
- Transmit lead details to licensed local contractors, but only if you choose to submit a quote request form.
- Power our B2B contractor widget and territory management tools.
- Deliver B2B service updates, analytics, and billing transactions.
- Verify estimate claims and troubleshoot Google Maps API connections.
3. Cookies & Third-Party Platforms
We leverage reliable, standard third-party tools to handle mapping and analytics:
- Google Maps Platform: We use Google Maps for satellite imagery, reverse geocoding, and elevation profiles. Tracing on the map is subject to Google's Privacy Policy .
- Google Analytics (GA4): We track anonymous user flow and drawing counts. We do not pass identifiable personal data (like names or emails) to Google Analytics.
- Cookies: Small tracking files are stored temporarily on your browser solely to remember active calculations, map states, and B2B contractor dashboard sessions.
4. Contractor Leads & B2B Sharing
If you submit a quote request, your contact info, drawings, and calculated square footage are shared with verified local contractors in your zip code territory.
Once shared, that contractor will use your information to follow up, inspect your location virtually, and prepare a firm paving bid. Our listed B2B contractors are contractually required to respect your privacy and use your details only to supply bids.
5. Data Security & Storage
We protect your information using industry-standard measures:
- All site connections are encrypted using secure SSL/HTTPS technology.
- All user data, drawings, and B2B profiles are kept in safe database storage with restricted administrative access.
- Payments are processed exclusively through certified, PCI-compliant third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We never see or store your raw credit card information.
6. Your Rights & Data Deletion
We believe you own your data. Regardless of where you live, you have the right to request deletion of all personal information we have on record.
